Norm Edwards
Director (Former Chairman)

After serving as vice president for Advancement at Wheaton College and Seattle Pacific University for a total of 27 years, Norman Edwards founded Counsel in Resource Development. 

He has assisted numerous Christian ministries, including 26 colleges and Christian schools in major capital campaigns, and major projects with ministries such as Mercy Ships, Promise Keepers, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and others.  He helped to establish the fund raising standards for ECFA.   His service has extended to organizations in France, United Kingdom, and Africa. 

He resides with his wife, Nancy, in Seattle where their four children and seven grandchildren all live nearby.
