Churches Together-Rwanda is working to change their community for Christ. Formed in the late summer of 2005, this group of about 3000 indigenous churches is working together in community, training and equipping the church with skills for community and nation development and transformation. Other activities include youth gatherings and study trips to help create unity of the members. Breakthrough Partners is mentoring and consulting with the leadership of Rwanda Churches Together to bring community transformation to Rwanda through the local church.

Breakthrough Partners envisions local churches, globally strong to operate with a biblical worldview and in partnership with other churches to bring wholistic transformation to individuals, families, communities and nations.
Our Mission
- Equip and assist indigenous local churches to grasp a biblical worldview and practice wholistic ministry in all sectors of life.
- Catalyze and facilitate partnerships that will strengthen and multiply local churches, globally.
- Equip and assist North American churches for effective partnerships that advance the Kingdom of God locally and globally.
To this end, we will:
- Connect - People to People, People to Ideas, People to Prayer, Tools and Resources for transformational work.
- Coach - Encourage, train and mentor leaders in God-honoring wholistic transformational partnership.
- Consult - Advise leaders in the design and execution of effective and biblical structures and strategies that demonstrate God's love for the whole of life.
