I read this input with great interest, and am in full agreement with you about the role of local leadership. I am excited about brother Mbonyingabo. May God raise godly and kingdom leadership in the nations, so the gospel can be spread and the Kingdom come. May we corageously and wisely come alongside Spirit led movements among the nations, for His glory!

It’s nice to read the message! This is a great revelation from God that people from developed countries would have to help, support and then bring sustainable change. People from west usually think that they are well placed to envision, and design program and some times they think that they are the right person to implement the vision through their own ways and culture and impact the communities. Having money and other means doesn’t mean being right in every thing. Lack of financial resources doesn’t mean not having a good vision and abilities to implement it. The change may come from the joint efforts of insiders and outsiders when they work together in diversity and respect each other as partners. Every one has some thing to learn from other and has also some thing to offer to the community.

May God change the mindsets of people from both sides; the west the rest of the world and then the kingdom of God comes on earth like in heaven.

Blessings to all of you.

In Christ,
Sylvestre

Amén to that! Excellent introduction Gary. Thank you for sharing it, and thank God for leaders like brother Mbonyingabo.

I sense that as the American church becomes less influential and/or wealthy in the US, we're starting to see a change of attitude in these things. Our recent ethical, moral, social and economic woes have helped a lot of Christians to think maybe we don't have all the answers to the world's problems.

We still a long way to go, though.
