Gary Edmonds is the President of Breakthrough Partners, a non-profit consulting firm working to equip leaders to transform their communities. He has served as executive director of Churches Together, the Secretary General of theWorld Evangelical Alliance and Associate International Director of Interdev, and Senior Associate Pastor of Mariners Church. He, his wife Tricia and their family lived in Europe for eighteen years, serving as Director of Christian Associates International and as senior pastor of Crossroads Evangelical Church in Geneva.

Gary has a passion for functional partnership of the Body of Christ and says the most significant lesson learned in Europe was that “a city, nation, or continent will only be impacted when the Body of Christ intentionally and functionally works together.”
Gary is an ordained minister and has a master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Christian Associates Seminary. He and his wife Tricia have four grown children and seven grandchildren. They reside in Edmonds, Washington.
Tricia Edmonds has worked alongside Gary since 1973, church planting and pastoring in Europe and the U.S., as well as in worldwide missions endeavors. With Breakthrough Partners’ work in Africa, Tricia’s primary focus is to come alongside African leaders in churches and organizations that minister to women and children, bringing encouragement, Biblical instruction, connections to resources (both local and global), training and coaching.

During visits to Africa, much time is spent in the slums participating with African brothers and sisters in outreach to prostitutes, widows, AIDS sufferers, orphans, and street children.
Tricia grew up in California and Missouri and studied accounting at UCLA where she met Gary. She is the proud mother of four grown children and grandmother of seven.
David I. Andrianoff has worked with Breakthrough Partners since 2007 as Senior Partner, Asia Region. Prior to this he worked at the World Concern headquarters in Seattle, serving as Assistant to the President, Eurasia Area Director. He has also worked with World Concern in Malaysia and established their work in Laos from 1983 to 1992.

David also lived in Mongolia, where he established and served as the Executive Director for Joint Christian Services, International (JCS International), a consortium of fifteen Christian agencies.
David Andrianoff has a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Buffalo. He lives in Port Ludlow, Washington and is married to Jean Caskey Andrianoff. They have two married daughters.
