We change the operating paradigm of internally focused growth to agents of transformation both locally and globally. We equip them to make an impact, think differently in how they mobilize and equip their people, and surface people who will be leaders in long-term community transformation initiatives. And, we produce teaching and training tools that will equip churches and leaders for kingdom building.

Reconciliation Ministries
Reconciliation is the process of resolving conflict through the act of forgiveness by the person wronged and the acceptance of responsibility and lament for his or her actions by the person who inflicted the harm in order that the relationship between the parties might be restored. Building Multicultural Leaders
Working with visionary leaders who function well in both US and Hispanic cultures, we are developing the next generation of leaders among the immigrant community. Our focus is on Hispanics because they are the largest and fastest growing minority in Washington State. Between two cultures and struggling to discover their own identity, immigrant youth have many challenges. We identify and train emerging immigrant leaders, resource local churches to partner with immigrant communities, and spread a strategy of prevention regarding public health concerns among these immigrants.
