Breakthrough Partners' Strategic Objectives and Initiatives

• Equip and assist North American churches: Identify and train churches that will be effective kingdom-building churches. Change the operating paradigm of internally focused church growth to think how they can be agents of transformation both locally and globally. Equip churches to make an impact, to think differently in how they mobilize and equip their people, and to surface people who will be leaders in long-term community transformation initiatives. Produce teaching and training tools that will equip churches and leaders for kingdom building.

Community Transformation Initiatives

• Equip and assist indigenous churches: Coach/consult with leaders of and leaders in indigenous churches who are working together in breakthrough initiatives for the wholistic transformational development of their communities or nations (intentionally strategic). Our task is to take leaders who have been trained in community transformational development and connect them to others who have also been trained and prepared. They will partner and collaborate to help transform a whole community or region. Coaching, consulting and connecting will increase the effectiveness and capacity of the local transformational work.

• Equip and assist North American organizations: Establish and facilitate roundtables of like-minded people and organizations to connect skills and abilities for church-based community transformation. We will bring people, training, skills and tools together who are committed to community transformation.
